PRV "Docking Station" Project is a next-gen un-/manned ground-effect vehicle program aimed to develop a multi-purpose air-land-sea platform for all sorts of operations, including planetary exploration.
PRV stands for:
- P : protected, planetary, personal, private, etc.
- R : rescue, research, response, robotic, roving, relay, recovery, recharging, etc.
- V : vehicle, vessel, vector, etc.
Any combination of these 3 letters will result in an ad-hoc support platform.
PRV "Docking Station Mark 1" is an evolution of the so-called RHIBs (Rigid-Hull Inflatable Boats) and provides support to all aerial & underwater drone operations in brown-water & green-water operating scenarios.
DESIGN·BUREAU is the designer, builder, and major investor in the PRV "Docking Station" Project.

Who We Are & Our Story
Established in 2024 as a merger of several ventures and of over 200 years of cumulative professional experience, and with deep Israeli roots, DESIGN·BUREAU aims to become the leading aerospace, defense, security, & energy systems engineering firm providing exotechnologies, disruptive innovations, and bespoke protection solutions to the private sector.
DESIGN·BUREAU is the owner of the following technology brands:
- ASTROBIONIX : systems and solutions for human spaceflight, and in particular life support systems, telemedicine systems, planetary exploration systems, and personal protection solutions;
- LUXURY·ARMORS : our premium protection solutions & most advanced materials for haute couture;
- ROCKTHOR : a brand dedicated to R&D in special vehicles production;
- SPHERELAB : environmental technologies and biosphere systems engineering.
The official name "DESIGN·BUREAU" is an homage to the legendary OKBs, the Soviet research & development institutes which inspired the career of our founder. Our nickname "CORMORANT" comes from the cormorant / shag bird species, often used as symbol for joint air-land-sea operations.
